Outspoken Introduction
Out Spoken' is a monthly publication of the Bicycle Section of the San Diego Sierra Club.
Copies are sent to all Bicycle Section members and are also available for a nominal fee at the Sierra Club Bookstore at 8304 Clairemont Mesa Bl, San Diego.
