We are reviving the San Diego Sierra Club Family Section and need YOU!
Anyone interested in the Family Section is invited to attend a brief organizational meeting at 7pm, July 27, just before the 7:30pm monthly Sierra Club Chapter monthly program in Hillcrest, at the
Joyce Beers Center, 3900 Vermont St.
Chapter Coordinator Cheryl Reiff will lead the meeting.cherylness@hughes.net
Regular Family Section meetings and nature activites appropriate for families will follow in the coming months – look for email blasts, the Sierra Club San Diego Website, and local newspapers for
the dates and locations. In the meantime, feel free to contact Jennifer at jennifercdouglas@yahoo.com, 858-344-5490 (cell) or Cheryl at creiff@sierraclubsandiego.org, 619-299-1741, to get on the
mailing list or to get involved. Chapter Outing Leaders and assistant leaders are needed for the Family Section, as well as Sierra Club members to lead nature education activities
(you do not need to be a COL for this).
