Introduction to Policies and Comment Letters
In order to clearly communicate the position that the Chapter has taken on various conservation issues in San Diego, this section contains copies of Chapter policies on conservation issues, including comment letters written in response to public documents. In most cases, the policies and letters are available in HTML and PDF format. Select HTML to read the content on-line, and PDF to print a copy. You must have Adobe® Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read PDF files. This is a free program available from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
Policies are developed by the various committees and subcommittees of the Chapter, and are approved by the Executive Committee. Comment Letters are written by a person who is an approved Chapter Spokesperson on the topic.
